Porta Rosa

Porta Rosa, a 4th-century BC construction, is the earliest known example of a full-centred arch in Italy. It was discovered within the Greek archaeological site of the ancient city of Elea-Velia, in the modern municipality of Ascea, inside the Cilento and Vallo di Diano National Park.
