Cavalupo Necropolis (Vulci)

Excavated in the nineteenth century and only recently re-assessed, this cemetery is located east of Vulci itself, across the modern river Fiora from the ancient acropolis. The cemetery was in active use from the Villanovan period through Hellenistic times.
