This is a building that does not announce itself. Isolated on sloping ground, Casa Iannotti-Pecci is a composition of blocky volumes across four levels, with external stone stairs threading through the courtyard. The main facade offers a concrete-balconied gesture, its wrought-iron rail carried on two rough stone brackets. Below, a substantial door leads into the inner hall.
The roofline is trimmed with a pattern of small, evenly spaced projecting squares. One section of the wall is left unrendered, showing its stone masonry face. On the right, a corner tower rises with the plain authority of a farm fortification. Inside, there is a chapel, along with five residential units and two other spaces, each with its own outdoor area. The whole is in good repair. It feels less like a single house and more like a small, private compound, practical, self-contained, and quietly watchful over its steep plot.
