The Abbey of Sant'Antimo was a Benedictine monastery located in the comune of Montalcino, Italy, about 9 km from the line of the Via Francigena. The abbey grew around the site of an oratory to Saint Anthimus, whose relics may have been relocated here in the eighth century. The site was formerly occupied by a Roman villa.
